Structures Scan SIR-EZHR Limited Quantity Discounted Used Sale!

★Good condition, with calibration documents★ Rebar detector StructureScan SIR-EZHR used item is available for 1.2 million yen! Excluding tax.

The StructurScan SIR-EZHR is a radar exploration device for investigating the interior of concrete, developed and manufactured by the American company GSSI. It has become possible to explore densely packed rebar and electrical conduits, which could not be analyzed by conventional devices, by suppressing multiple reflection waves (artifacts) through advancements in high-frequency technology. The characteristics of the electromagnetic wave radar method are as follows: <Strengths> ● Exploration of deep rebar and conduits (approximately 300mm) ● Exploration of not only rebar and steel pipes but also PVC pipes, CD pipes, voids, and bean boards ● Exploration of cables such as electrical conduits and bare wires ● Quick exploration of the planar position of rebar before core drilling or anchor installation ● Estimation of thicknesses such as wall thickness and slab thickness (up to approximately 350mm) ● Battery-operated, eliminating the need for AC power, making it adaptable to various environments ● Ability to save exploration data to an SD card and convert it to JPEG format using dedicated software <Weaknesses> ● Accurate exploration of burial depth ● Exploration of uneven or large areas ● Exploration in narrow spaces (a distance of about 1 meter is needed for operation) ● Exploration of wet areas like freshly poured concrete ● Exploration of areas reinforced with steel plates or carbon sheets (carbon fiber)

Limited quantity sale of used StructuScan SIR-EZ at a special price!

★Good condition with calibration documents★ A used rebar detector, StructureScan SIR-EZ, is available for 1.1 million yen! Excluding tax, and it comes with a guarantee of normal operation and maintenance.

The StructureScan SIR-EZ/SIR-EZLT is a radar scanning device developed and manufactured by GSSI in the United States for the purpose of exploring the interior of concrete. The SIR-EZ increases the number of pulse wave emissions to 8 times and processes the received signals through high-speed accumulation averaging, which removes noise and enables high-depth exploration up to approximately 450mm. Main features of this device: <Strengths> ● Exploration of deep rebar and piping (approximately 450mm) ● Exploration not only of rebar and steel pipes but also of PVC pipes, CD pipes, cavities, etc. ● Exploration of cables such as electrical conduits and bare wires ● Quick exploration of the planar position of rebar before core drilling or anchor installation ● Estimation of thickness such as wall thickness and slab thickness (up to approximately 350mm) ● Battery-operated, eliminating the need for AC power, making it adaptable to various environments ● Exploration data can be saved to an SD card and converted to JPEG format using dedicated software <Weaknesses> ● Accurate exploration of burial depth ● Exploration of uneven or large areas ● Exploration in narrow spaces (a distance of about 1 meter is needed for operation) ● Exploration of wet areas such as freshly poured concrete ● Exploration of areas reinforced with steel plates or carbon sheets (carbon fiber)
